After one lousy post my desire to start posting more here seems to have waned. The stuff I want to talk about right now is probably better suited to Put Down the Donut, which by the way, is back! I mentioned it in the comments on my last post, but I totally forgot to announce it to the handful who still follow this blog and might want to know.
We’ve been back online for about a month now and I’ve been enjoying posting there almost daily, so if you are interested in food/fitness reviews, day-to-day weight loss whatever and generally anything to do with food/fitness and healthy lifestyle, check out Put Down the Donut.
You can also find us on Twitter and Facebook.
I just don’t know what to blog about here right now, things are pretty mundane. Aside from working out, my life consists of primarily lots of work, which I’m really grateful for. I do have another site or two up my sleeve slated to launch this year (I hope!). There are also some major changes happening in the next few months and I’ll certainly need this space to write about the weirdness sure to ensue there. I hope you’ll stick around!
Happily reading, here, there, and everywhere.
Thanks. I still am thrown whenever I see your name. LOL! I still think of you in plaid skirts and knee socks.
I know exactly what you mean about blogging.

I have the same problem. I think Twitter is partially responsible for my lack of blogging. Even a total redesign hasn’t motivated me to get back to regular blogging.
It totally is Twitter’s fault. Well, not totally. I found that people stopped commenting on blogs (except for you fine folks) and while I’m happy to write, I just have never been a ‘personal journaler’. It’s just not for me. I blog because I like the interaction. So thanks for commenting!
i’m here. and my blog has been a sad thing to look at for the last year at least so i completely understand…

Okay, this is weird. I’m trying to comment, but it keeps returning my mouse cursor to the Website (URL) field automatically. I’m c/ping this text block from Notepad. WTH? LOL! Is this a wonky side effect of using Chrome?
That’s weird! I’ll check things out in Chrome…
This just goes to show I was right along — this internet thing is just a fad. It’s all about the cell phones.
Can’t say I’m happy to here this news, Joelle, but I suspected as much since you haven’t been posting as often. I miss reading detailed accounts of creepy guys at Target and getting Brazilian waxed from behind. But I guess I can get my yuks elsewhere. Perhaps from Justin Bieber’s tweets.
Incidentally, I sold my store’s last copy of yours and Kathy’s book a few days ago. (You may recall I work in a bookstore.) I continue to pimp you ladies out at every opportunity.
Thanks, Darren! I’m not dying or anything, so don’t give up on me yet. I just don’t have a lot of outside interaction anymore since I work at home. But I still post from time to time and I will certainly have some new adventures starting in the next few months.
