I actually pushed and empty one down the hall to see how easy it was to blow over and it's not that easy. I don't live in Chicago or anything! Yes, the hall is a breezeway, but breeze is the operative word. It would take quite a gust to knock even an empty container over, let alone roll it down the hallway to the point multiple neighbors complained. Yeah, that’s what I’m saying.
