I did receive a response the day before yesterday, but it was somewhat terse. Basically, it was “I’m sorry you feel mislead — we’ll change it.” and then in the same email, the sender addressed someone within the company to make the change to say “delus mini scrub”. I don’t know what “delus” means, nor does it really address why the 13oz jars are $1.69 oz. and the 6oz jars are $2.83 oz. , but a change was made in response to my email, so that’s something. It wasn’t all that warm of an email, but it got the job done, I guess.

If you get a response from them – let us know. I am considering an order, but want to see how customer-service oriented they are first.
I loved your description of the Tahiti scrub and thought “Hey, I love that scent.” However, I went to the site and saw my kryptonite – - Blood Orange. Yay!

You’re welcome! I wasn’t a big fan of the shower gel, no. I think Kathy wasn’t either, but I’ll let her weigh in on that. But the scrub and the cream are goooood.

Oooh…like your partner in crime, Kathy, I love everything grapefruit. I especially love things that smell like real grapefruit…pithy and all. I have a B&BW gift certificate…I think I am going to order some.

I also want to order about a million more scents…like pomegrante and nectarine and lemon peel, but since I didn’t win the imaginary lottery, I think I’ll just try out one.

And you recommend the scrub verses the shower gel? Good to know.

Thanks for the review. I am already looking forward to smelling like a fresh, ripe grapefruit.
