Let me nitpick. What is up with the ( with no closing )? That bugs me.

Also, last time I checked, when you start a new sentence you do so with a capital letter.

thaw means to change from a frozen to soft state, so wouldn’t “unthaw” mean “to freeze” and therefore be the opposite of defrost? I mean...it’s just.....*brain explodes*
