I’m a pastor’s kid so I grew up watching the hypocrisy.

Most of the Christian “leaders” that I have met in the church assume a couple of things… 1. they are entitled because everyone is supposed to give them something for nothing because people are expected to “share their talents” - in other words they shouldn’t have to pay for anything and 2. The rules never apply to them.

You know, in hindsight, I probably didn’t need to list their URL. I feel weird about it. Should I feel weird about it? It feels unprofessional. Can my point me made without it? Probably… but see, that’s where I have those things… what are they called? Oh yeah, scruples. hehe!

I just blogged about this very thing last week or so. The hypocrisy is maddening! If you bring your faith into the conversation, it’s perfectly reasonable for people to hold you to a higher standard. Some Christians give Christians a bad name, that’s for sure.

Unfortunately I think a lot of people “use” this language to dupe people. I’m pretty sure a special place in hell is reserved just for them.

Too bad they don’t devote a little of their lives to proofreading. On their “About Us” page, they end with this gem…
