There is some good TV coming up; I can’t wait! Among some of the shows I’m looking forward to: America’s Next Top Model (Cycle Six), Top Chef, the season finale of Project Runway, Biggest Loser… and that’s just tonight. Though, admittedly, I don’t care as much about these “special edition” Biggest Losers that they’re doing.
With all the acclaimed series I LOVE dropping like flies (Dead Like Me, Love Monkey, Six Feet Under, Queer as Folk…), I’m thrilled to see that they are finally knocking the dust off and coming out with some decent series. Of course, Showtime already has the L Word, which is riveting this season and a couple others that got picked up after doing some short runs: Weeds and Huff (which is easily one of the best shows on TV — I heart Hank Azaria). Of course, there’s Real Time with Bill Maher, which is a staple. They’re bringing back Bullshit! for a 4th season (yay, Showtime!) and Entourage for a 3rd (yay, HBO!), but the show I’m looking forward to the most is Big Love on HBO.
I have such a crush on Ginnifer Goodwin. I think she is just so adorable and there’s something really kind of quirky-sexy about her that I just dig. I loved her in Mona Lisa Smile (so cute!) and she was the only saving grace of Win a Date with Tad Hamilton was her character… and the soundtrack was good, too. I didn’t see her in Walk the Line, but I will… I just found out that she was in it. Anyway, she plays one of the lead roles of a sister-wife in the new series about polygamy from HBO, Big Love.
I don’t have a smooth ending for this post, so … yeah. Ginnifer Goodwin. Cutey McCute.
