Tenth Musee

Despite the fact that we were up late partying like suburban rock stars (i.e., getting home from a show by Midnight and then watching CSI: before bed—more on that later) and I’m exhausted, I’m in a fantastic mood today.  Fantastico! And speaking of “fantastico”, I have two fantastico announcements…

Moxie Design Studios has proudly partnered with Blogomania to bring you Moxie Hosting!  While we have provided hosting in the past, we realized from the incredible response, we were gonna need a bigger boat.  Yoshi is still supporting our original hosting clients and doing a fabulous job at that. But, alas, we needed more manpower, more servers and now… cPanel!  Christine of Blogomania and Big Pink Cookie has also been all sworn in and initiated as a Moxie Girl.  Let the hazing commence!  heh.  Though not a designer, we are thrilled to have Christine working with us as our resident hosting and support goddess.  Welcome, Christine!  Later, we’ll make you streak through the campus and drink your weight in cheap beer.

While we’re going on about goddesses, we’d also like to welcome the addition of another designer to our team, Taughnee from Chepooka.  Taughnee shot me an email a while back, wanting to know more about designing for blogs and whatnot.  Over time, we forged a friendship and Kathy and I followed her blog and her work. She’s awesome!  And of course, that means we wanted to keep for our very own.  With a background in commercial and print art and her own design firm, we feel Taughnee is going to bring a different fresh perspective to our little team that is definitely full of moxie.  And as soon as she gets her photo and bio to me *cough cough*, we’ll haze her ass, too. What do you think? Wet t-shirt contest? heh.

I can’t believe how far we’ve come and we’re so happy to have such wonderful people on our team. And a special thank you to Julie, Mel, and Christina for all their hard work and patience this crazy holiday season and to Yoshi and Deltus for being our go-to guys.  You are all fantaaaaaaastico! Thank you.

And to my partner, a broad who I would totally marry if we weren’t already taken and lived in the same state and I was into blondes with crippling handbag habits — thanks, dude.  You are the bees knees.
